REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days. All we ask is that the item is UNWORN, with the original tags and packaging. 

PLEASE NOTE: HOISERY (TIGHTS, STOCKINGS, BODYSTOCKINGS ETC.) CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED.

We will not accept any return requests after the 14 day period. These requests will be denied. 

The cost of returning the items will be the customer’s responsibility, and we advise that all parcels are returned using a tracked service. Please be sure to obtain ‘proof of postage,’ as all returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Jezebel by Night. 

If your item is INCORRECT OR FAULTY then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase so we can start the returns process. 

PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THEM PRIOR TO TRYING THEM ON. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES CANNOT BE PROCESSED IF ANY ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN. 

If your item is incorrect or faulty then we will issue a full refund to your bank, or you can exchange the product.

Sizing: if you have visually assessed the item and deem it to be too big/small, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot return or refund any items which have been tried on, and this is why we advise everybody to read the individual size charts carefully rather than selecting according to your regular size.

How to apply for a refund/exchange:

Contact us using our contact form 
Let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Tell us the reason for the exchange or refund.
If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If exchanging an item, clearly indicate which product you would like instead.
In the case of a refund, we will notify you when we have received and inspected the item to let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method, or in the form of store credit if it is a sizing issue. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
